Terms of Service

1. Service Provider
These services are provided by 주식회사 이네이블(Enable Inc.) (business registration no. 377-86-04287, mail-order registration no. 2026-강원 원주-01960), located at 강원특별자치도 원주시 송계1길 22-7, Republic of Korea. All products — MacroPulse, AI Shorts Drama Studio, and CloudGallery — are services of Enable Inc.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it current.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is listed on the JobEnable pricing page. KRW amounts are billed via Toss Payments; USD amounts are billed via PayPal. All billing is executed centrally through Enable Inc.'s payment service at pay.jobenable.com. Card details are collected and processed by our payment providers (Toss Payments, PayPal) — Enable Inc. receives and stores only a payment token (billing key) and never sees or stores your full card number.
Where a free trial is offered (e.g. MacroPulse's 14-day trial), you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan begins and your registered card is charged.
Charges appear on your card statement as "주식회사 이네이블(Enable Inc.)".
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the product or by contacting support@jobenable.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid period except where required by law.
Korean consumers have the right of withdrawal (청약철회) within 7 days of the payment date under the Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc. (전자상거래법). If you consented to the immediate provision of the service and began using it, the right of withdrawal may be limited for the portion already used. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@jobenable.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds for KRW payments are issued to the original payment method via Toss Payments.
5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
You may not use the services to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, scrape or reverse-engineer the services beyond their intended use, or resell access without authorization. All service content, software, trademarks, and outputs are owned by Enable Inc. or its licensors and are licensed, not sold, to you for the duration of your subscription.
6. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MacroPulse provides market-timing analysis and signals for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Enable Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on MacroPulse or other service outputs, beyond the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our registered office (강원특별자치도 원주시).
