This privacy policy applies to the services operated by 주식회사 이네이블(Enable Inc.) (business registration no. 377-86-04287), located at 강원특별자치도 원주시 송계1길 22-7, Republic of Korea. Contact: support@jobenable.com.
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Account data: name and email address when you create an account.
- Usage data: product activity (e.g. saved items, projects, preferences) needed to provide the service.
- Contact form data: name, email, and message you submit via jobenable.com, used only to respond to your inquiry.
3. Payment Data
Card information is collected and processed directly by our payment providers (Toss Payments and PayPal). Enable Inc. receives and stores only a payment token (billing key) returned by the provider; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or card expiry. Payment tokens are stored only as long as needed to process your recurring subscription charges.
4. Marketing & Email Consent
We send only service-essential emails (account, billing, security). Marketing email is opt-in only; you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@jobenable.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
5. Data Retention & Disclosure
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with our payment and infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the service, under their own privacy obligations, and where required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent for your personal data, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@jobenable.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable Korean law.
7. Cookies & Analytics
Our corporate site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your language preference (English / Korean). The contact form is submitted to our own server; no third-party form processor is involved.
