Privacy Policy

1. Operator
This privacy policy applies to the services operated by 주식회사 이네이블(Enable Inc.) (business registration no. 377-86-04287), located at 강원특별자치도 원주시 송계1길 22-7, Republic of Korea. Contact: support@app.jobenable.com.
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Account data: name and email address when you create an account.
- Usage data: product activity (e.g. saved items, projects, preferences) needed to provide the service.
- Contact form data: name, email, and message you submit via jobenable.com, used only to respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (US-based email service) and forwarded to our support team.
3. Payment Data
Card information is collected and processed directly by our payment providers — KG Inicis and Toss Payments (KRW, routed through the PortOne integration platform) and PayPal (USD). Enable Inc. receives and stores only a payment token (billing key) returned by the provider; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or card expiry. Payment tokens are stored only as long as needed to process your recurring subscription charges.
3.1 Payment Processing Trustees (개인정보 처리 위탁 현황)
We consign payment processing to the following third parties in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법 제26조):
- Korea PortOne Inc. (코리아포트원(주)) — KRW payment integration services (subscription billing, billing key management, payment webhook delivery). Personal information trustee per PIPA Art. 26; consignment details available via security@portone.io. PortOne privacy policy: privacy.portone.io
- KG Inicis (KG이니시스) — KRW card payment processing (affiliated payment gateway of PortOne, licensed under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act)
- Toss Payments (토스페이먼츠) — KRW card payment processing (legacy payment gateway integration, licensed under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act)
- PayPal — USD payment processing (licensed payment service provider)
Card data (full card number, CVV, expiry) is collected directly by the payment gateways and never transmitted to or stored by Enable Inc.
4. Marketing & Email Consent
We send only service-essential emails (account, billing, security). Marketing email is opt-in only; you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@app.jobenable.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
5. Data Retention & Disclosure
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Specific retention periods:
- Contact form data: deleted within 90 days after the inquiry is resolved.
- Account and usage data: retained while the account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Payment transaction records: retained for 5 years as required by the Electronic Commerce Act (전자상거래법).
- Security logs: retained for 90 days.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with our payment and infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the service, under their own privacy obligations, and where required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent for your personal data, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@app.jobenable.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable Korean law.
7. Cookies & Analytics
Our corporate site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The contact form is submitted to our own server; no third-party form processor is involved.
8. Privacy Officer
Our privacy officer (개인정보보호책임자) is 함미자, who can be reached at support@app.jobenable.com for any privacy-related inquiry or request.
9. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the following countries:
- United States — Resend (contact form email delivery), PayPal (USD payment processing), KG Inicis/Toss Payments and PortOne infrastructure (KRW payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN/infrastructure).
The destination country, recipient, transferred data items, purpose, and retention period are as described in the relevant sections above. You may refuse cross-border transfer by contacting support@app.jobenable.com; however, refusal may limit your ability to use certain features of our services.
